How long is the cruise?
About two hours from the pier and back. Weather and traffic on the strait can make it a little shorter or longer.
Where does it leave from?
From Ahırkapı Pier on the Marmara shore below Sultanahmet. You meet our team nearby first; the exact meeting point and a map link are in your confirmation e-mail.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel up to 24 hours before your departure for a full refund. Within 24 hours, or if you do not come, the ticket cannot be refunded.
What times does the boat sail?
There are several departures a day. The times for each date are in the booking calendar, together with the price and how many seats are left.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your e-mailed confirmation is enough; show it on your phone at the meeting point.
Can children come?
Yes. Every guest, whatever their age, needs a ticket; the ticket types on sale are shown in the calendar. Please bring the children’s identity documents.
Is food or drink included?
No, but there is a bar on board serving tea, coffee, soft drinks and snacks.
What if the weather is bad?
The cruise sails in most weather. If a departure is cancelled for safety — by the captain or the harbour authority — you are offered another departure or a full refund.
Which currency am I charged in?
Prices are shown in euros. Your card is charged in Turkish lira, at the rate shown at checkout before you pay.
