1. Who you are contracting with

The seller is KFT Turizm ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, whose registered details are on the Seller & Company Information page. This site is an independent booking platform. It is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by a public ferry line, Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality or any other municipality or government body.

2. What a booking is

A booking is a reserved place on the Bosphorus sightseeing cruise on a date and at a departure time you choose from those on sale. It is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation with a booking reference. Until payment completes, nothing is reserved.

The cruise departs from Ahırkapı Pier in Sultanahmet and lasts about two hours. The meeting point, the meeting time and directions to it are given in our order confirmation. The confirmation email is the record of your booking: bring it with you, on your phone or printed.

3. What is included

What the booking includes and excludes is set out on the product page and in your confirmation. Read it before booking. The route is a sightseeing route along both shores and its timing can vary with weather and sea traffic; the landmarks described on this site are those normally seen from the water, not stops at which passengers go ashore.

4. Your obligations

• Give a correct email address and name at checkout. Your confirmation is sent to that address, and one sent to a mistyped address cannot be recovered by us.
• Be at the meeting point at the time stated in your confirmation. The vessel leaves at its departure time and cannot wait for late arrivals.
• Carry identification for anybody for whom a child or reduced fare was booked.
• Follow the instructions of the vessel’s crew while on board, including on safety.

5. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in euro, inclusive of applicable taxes, and are charged in Turkish lira at the rate applied at the moment of sale. Prices can change at any time before an order is placed; the price shown at the moment you pay is the price of your booking.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full in the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. Things outside our control

A sailing can be delayed, shortened, rerouted or cancelled for weather, sea conditions, sea traffic, a harbour authority’s decision or safety, sometimes without warning. Where a sailing is cancelled, the Cancellation & Refund Policy applies. We are not liable for travel, accommodation or other costs arranged around the cruise.

8. Intellectual property

The text, photography and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission, and may not be copied or republished without written consent.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Turkish law. Consumer disputes may be brought before the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts described on the Contact page.
