How the day works
Everything happens a short walk from Hagia Sophia, so the cruise fits easily around a morning or an afternoon in the old city.

Book and get your confirmation
Choose a date and a departure. Your confirmation arrives by e-mail straight away, with the meeting point, a map link and your booking reference.

Meet us in Sultanahmet
Be at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your departure and show your confirmation on your phone.

Walk down to Ahırkapı Pier
Our team takes you down through the old quarter to the pier on the Marmara shore, where you board.

Two hours on the water
Find a seat on deck or in the lounge. The boat comes back to the same pier, back within reach of Sultanahmet.
Getting to Sultanahmet
The meeting point is in the heart of the old city, near Topkapı Palace and Hagia Sophia.
Tram
Take the T1 line to Sultanahmet or Gülhane, then walk a few minutes.
On foot
From Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque or the Basilica Cistern it is a short walk.
Taxi
Ask for Sultanahmet Square; traffic in the old city is slow, so allow extra time.
What to bring
- Your booking confirmation, on your phone or printed
- A light jacket or scarf — the deck is breezy, and evenings are cool
- Sun protection in summer
- A camera, or a charged phone
- Identity documents for everyone in your group, children included
Access
Boarding is over a gangway from the pier and the upper deck is reached by stairs. If you use a wheelchair or have limited mobility, write to us before you book so we can tell you what to expect on your departure.
Weather
The cruise sails in most weather. If the harbour authority or the captain cancels a departure for safety, you are offered another departure or a full refund.
